Wine: a Model of Sustainability and Wellness

On September 11, from 4.30 p.m. to 6 pm. the Sala Symposium of the Wine Pavilion “A Taste of Italy” will be hosting the event Wine: a Model of Sustainability and Wellness.

The event is dedicated to the promotion of the best practises of Italian wine producers, pioneers on sustainability, and it will be the opportunity for discussion and debate on the extraordinary variety of Italian wines.

In addition, the Wine Pavilion hosts an exhibition on the excellence of Italian viticulture and on the companies that have joined the project VIVA “Sustainable Wine” of the Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea. The project VIVA analyzes the companies’ activity emphasizing their commitments of sustainability.
